SPONSORS Needed for Cavalier Classic Marching Contest

North Rowan High School is seeking sponsors in various ways to help us with our first annual Cavalier Classic marching contest to be held at our school on Saturday, October 17th.

Sponsorship/Assistance opportunities are available in the following ways:

  • Purchase an ad in our program for the event
  • Sponsor a trophy or trophies for the award ceremony (this is relatively inexpensive).  Your name (can be an individual or a business) would be announced as the sponsor of the trophy as it is presented at the event
  • Sponsor the hospitality tent which would provide food for the visiting Band Directors and a couple of their staff.   We are expecting that this expensive may be in the neighborhood of approximately $500.   You could provide your own tent with your company logo, etc., or we could provide a generic tent.   You could also have give away items available at the tent to promote your business if you wish (not necessary).   NRHS will staff the tent, take care of getting the food catered, etc., unless you wish to handle any of this yourself.

SEEKING SPONSORS!!

If you have the ability to help our wonderful band, we can certainly use your assistance.   We could definitely use sponsorship on a large sign to put on the side of our equipment truck to display as we drive down the road to our competitions.   We would gladly consider having your name/logo on our sign for your sponsorship.    Please contact Band Association President, Jan Snider if you can help @ 704-636-0276 or momofdoubletrouble@yahoo.com
